Why Was This Recall Issued?

The internal lithium-ion battery inside the Arizer Solo III Intergalactic (Black) can ignite or explode under certain conditions, posing serious fire and burn hazards to consumers. As of June 2, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. However, in the United States, four reports of incidents have been received, with no reports of injuries at this time. The risk of battery ignition or explosion makes the product unsafe for continued use.

Who Is Affected?

Anyone who purchased an Arizer Solo III Intergalactic (Black) Portable Vaporizer in Canada or the United States between May 2025 and January 2026 may be affected. Consumers should check the serial number etched on the bottom of their device and compare it against the recalled serial number prefixes listed above. If the serial number matches any of the listed prefixes, the device is part of this recall. A combined total of 6,687 units were sold across both countries.
