The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced a recall of approximately 1,430 Little Grape Land Nursing Pillows due to a serious risk of suffocation to infants. The recall, issued on June 4, 2026, involves U-shaped nursing pillows sold by XJ Evermore LLC, dba Little Grape Land US, of Frisco, Texas. The products violate mandatory federal safety standards for nursing pillows and infant support cushions, posing a risk of serious injury or death.

What Products Are Being Recalled?

The recall covers Little Grape Land Nursing Pillows, which are U-shaped pillows marketed for infant feeding and tummy time. The pillows were sold in a variety of patterns including rose floral, alligator, bear, butterfly, cactus, construction truck, forest deer, green leaves, little bunny, spring flower, and woodland animal. There are no markings or labels on the product itself. The pillows were manufactured in China and sold exclusively on Amazon.com from August 2025 through April 2026, priced between $28 and $30.

Why Was This Recall Issued?

The recalled nursing pillows fail to meet the mandatory federal safety standards for nursing pillows and infant support cushions. Specifically, the pillows can obstruct an infant’s airway during use, creating a serious suffocation risk. The CPSC determined that the design of these pillows is capable of blocking an infant’s breathing while being used for feeding or tummy time activities, which can result in serious injury or death. No incidents or injuries have been reported at the time of this recall announcement.

Who Is Affected?

This recall affects parents and caregivers who purchased Little Grape Land Nursing Pillows from Amazon.com between August 2025 and April 2026. Approximately 1,430 units were sold in the United States. Anyone who owns one of these nursing pillows in any of the recalled patterns should stop using the product immediately. Because the pillows carry no identifying labels or markings, consumers should use the pattern descriptions above to identify whether their pillow is part of this recall.
