The recall covers the Spiral Toy, also marketed as a spinning toy, which comes with colored plastic platforms that stack together in models of three, five or seven levels. The set includes several small yellow plastic balls topped with a bear-head figure and a basket; one version instead features a bull-head design. Packaging for the toy lists the manufacturer’s name, address and email, along with the product name, a batch code and various safety warnings printed on a sticker label.

A separate label on the packaging carries the SKU code ‘sl25013088678574868,’ along with a bar code, the words ‘Made in China’ and additional text in Chinese characters.
