The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the recall of approximately 2,200 units of BABESIDE Doll and Stroller Toys, sold by HYBDOLLS on Amazon. The recall, issued on June 18, 2026, is driven by a serious choking hazard: the toy set includes a small pacifier and a plush bear with detachable eyes, both of which violate federal small parts regulations for children under three years of age. No injuries have been reported, but the risk of serious injury or death from choking is classified as critical.

What Products Are Being Recalled?
The recall covers BABESIDE-branded doll and stroller toy playsets. Each set includes a pink and red stroller, a baby doll dressed in pink, and 23 accessories. These accessories include a pink and white plate with fork and spoon, orange juice and milk feeding bottles, a toy pacifier with clip, a milk carton, a bib, a diaper bag, a diaper, a tissue bag with tissues, lotion and baby powder bottles, a small plush bear, a pair of shoes, two sets of clothes, and a soft carrier. The products were manufactured in China by Huizhou Huitong Crafts Co. Ltd. and sold exclusively on Amazon from July 2025 through January 2026 for approximately $40 per set. The official recall number is 26-561.
Why Was This Recall Issued?
The recalled toys violate the federal small parts ban because they are marketed and intended for children under the age of three. The toy pacifier included in the set is a small part that poses a deadly choking hazard to young children. Additionally, the eyes on the plush bear accessory can detach, creating a second choking hazard. Both components fail to meet the mandatory safety standards designed to protect infants and toddlers from life-threatening risks.
Who Is Affected?
Consumers who purchased the BABESIDE Doll and Stroller Toys on Amazon between July 2025 and January 2026 are affected by this recall. The product was sold for about $40 and approximately 2,200 units were distributed in the United States. Families with young children under three years of age are at the highest risk given the nature of the choking hazard identified. No incidents or injuries have been reported to date.
