Undeclared Drugs Prompt Recall of Ultimate Forza Male Supplement 2026

A male performance supplement sold through some GNC franchise stores may contain prescription-strength drugs that are not listed on its label, and for some people those drugs could drop blood pressure to dangerous levels. Tonight We Ride, LLC of Lakeville, Minnesota is voluntarily recalling all lots of Ultimate Forza Male Supplement capsules to the consumer level after testing found undeclared sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine.

The company announced the recall on October 24, 2026, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration posted the notice the same day as a public service. The FDA noted that it does not endorse either the product or the company.
- Company: Tonight We Ride, LLC, Lakeville, Minnesota
- Product: Ultimate Forza Male Supplement capsules
- Scope: All lots, consumer level
- Sold: Certain independently owned GNC franchise locations, 2017 to October 1, 2026
- Adverse events reported: None to date
Products Affected by This Recall
Two Ultimate Forza configurations are included. The first is the Ultimate Forza Multi-Capsule/Box, Item #810208, UPC 868592000002, which contains ten blue hard-shell capsules. The second is the Ultimate Forza Single Pack, Item #810222, UPC 868592000040, which contains one capsule.
Both are marketed as male performance dietary supplements. Because the recall covers all lots, there is no need to match a lot number. If you own either product, it is part of the recall.

What Triggered the Recall
The recall began after GNC’s third-party product testing identified sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine in the supplement. None of the three appears as a declared ingredient. Their presence makes the product an unapproved drug, meaning its safety and effectiveness have not been established.
Sildenafil and tadalafil are the active ingredients in the FDA-approved prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis, which are used to treat erectile dysfunction. The FDA restricts approval of those medicines to use under the supervision of a licensed health care professional.
The concern is a drug interaction. Undeclared sildenafil and tadalafil may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease often take nitrates, which makes them especially vulnerable when a product hides its true contents.
Dapoxetine is a separate issue. It is not approved by the U.S. FDA, so its safety and efficacy have not been established. Chemically, it belongs to the class of drugs known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), which are used to treat depression. Use of this class has been shown to increase the risk of suicidal thinking and behavior in children, adolescents and young adults.
Who Should Be Concerned
Anyone who bought Ultimate Forza through a GNC franchise location during the sales window from 2017 to October 1, 2026 should pay attention. The products were not sold through GNC corporate stores, so the recall is limited to certain independently owned and operated franchise locations in the United States.
People who take nitrate medicines, or who have heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, face the greatest risk from the undeclared erectile dysfunction ingredients. Anyone who may have given the product to a younger family member should also take the dapoxetine warning seriously.
What Consumers Need to Do Now
If you have this supplement at home, here is what the company and the FDA advise:

- Return unopened or partially used product to a GNC store for a full refund.
- Bring a receipt, or the phone number or email address tied to the loyalty account used for the purchase, so the purchase can be verified.
- Contact your physician or healthcare provider if you have experienced any problems that may be related to taking this product.

Adverse reactions or quality problems can also be reported to the FDA’s MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting program. What the Company Said
In its announcement, Tonight We Ride, LLC said it is recalling all lots of the product to the consumer level because it was found to contain the undeclared drug ingredients. The company stated that sales were stopped, affected products were quarantined at franchise locations, and customers were notified to discontinue use and return any remaining product.
The company also stated that no adverse events or complaints have been reported to date. That does not rule out risk for people who have taken the product, particularly those on nitrate medications, so consumers should not wait for symptoms before they stop using it.
Supplements marketed for sexual performance have a long record of turning up with hidden pharmaceutical ingredients, which is why a label alone cannot tell you what is inside. If you are unsure whether a supplement you take is affected by this or any other recall, ask your pharmacist or doctor to review it with you.
