Who Is Affected?

Anyone who purchased an Arizer Solo III Intergalactic (Black) portable electronic vaporizer between May 2025 and January 2026 may be affected, provided the device has a serial number beginning with one of the affected prefixes listed above. These devices were sold at specialty stores, health and wellness retailers, adult novelty shops across the United States, and directly through Arizer.com for approximately $300. Consumers who are unsure whether their device is included should check the serial number on the bottom of the device or on the product packaging.

What Should You Do?

Consumers who own an affected Arizer Solo III should take the following steps immediately:

  • Stop using the device immediately and set it aside in a safe location away from flammable materials.
  • Register for the recall by contacting 7111495 Canada toll-free at 888-291-0521, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, by email at recall@arizer.com, or online at arizer.com/solo-iii-voluntary-recall-submission-form.
  • Once your serial number is confirmed as falling within the affected ranges, you will receive instructions to dispose of the recalled device.
  • Write the word ‘recalled’ on the device in permanent marker and submit a photograph as proof before receiving your replacement Solo III V2 unit.
  • Do NOT dispose of the lithium-ion battery in the trash, general recycling bins, or used battery recycling boxes at retail stores, as recalled lithium-ion batteries present a greater risk of fire than standard batteries.
  • Contact your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center to inquire whether they accept recalled lithium-ion batteries. If they do not, contact your municipality for further guidance.
